A couple lost 9 stones by cutting down ... sugar or fat?

Just now I came across an article in Metro papers online. I thought it would be relevant and eye-opening, supporting my doubts about sugar being the main cause of health problems in people. It is overeating of everything. Takeaways are not typical for cakes and sugary drinks, although these can also come along, but they are firstly laden with fat.

This perfectly mirrors the current fast food and takeaways culture. Start cooking at home like they did and see what you put into the meal. A block of butter into curry? No, thank you.
